Your satisfaction is important to us!
Most products on the Ashleigh Summer Shop are custom printed on demand especially for you when you place an order. If your item is defective or damaged, please send an email to ashleigh@ashleighsummer.com, and we will make sure you are satisfied.
Due to the fact that most items are custom-printed just for you, refunds cannot be processed for reasons such as changing one's mind or an item not fitting. Please make sure to use the size guide on each item before you buy, and be sure you've chosen your preferred colour options, if applicable.
Please note that we cannot process refunds for music unless items are defective or damaged, so you're encouraged to preview music before you buy. You may sample all tracks using the built-in player on the album purchase page. In the case that you receive a faulty item, and would like to initiate a return, please email us to let us know what the problem was with the product you received, and we'll sort it out!
In the case of defective items, please contact us at ashleigh@ashleighsummer.com within 30 days of placing your order for return instructions. Please DO NOT return your product without first contacting us, as we will not be able to issue a refund. Shipping charges for Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
For pre-order products, the satisfaction guarantee is valid for 30 days from the day the order is sent, not the day it was placed.
